Who I am:
I am an independent, sole practitioner with 25 years of experience running a successful, but small, financial services firm located on the South Coast of Massachusetts. Primarily I manage assets for individuals and families while helping them set realistic financial goals. I also build the appropriate road maps to obtain those goals and provide the proper tools (life, disability and long term care insurance, college funding vehicles, retirement accounts, etc.). Currently I can manage most aspects of my practice on my own. So.......
Why do I need you?
There's too much opportunity for me to handle on my own and I am certainly not good at everything. I am an author, former media personality, frequent content contributor and speaker. There's A LOT I want to do but can't do it alone nor can I compromise the strategy and service I currently deliver to my existing clients-many of whom have been with me for 15-20+ years. They are the heart and soul of my practice for many reasons and deserving of superior service.
Who I am seeking:
I am in need of an extremely organized, detail oriented, diligent, and enthusiastic individual to work with me part time as my assistant to start. There are aspects and processes of my business that need to be modernized before we can move forward as I have been treading water for some time. Thus, technology skills and the ability to adapt are a must. As I handle one of the most important aspects of my clients' lives, trustworthiness and discretion are incredibly important. Finger printing will be required. The ideal candidate will have financial services experience, be a self-starter and not require management once integrated into my business. Beyond that, the world is our oyster!
What's in it for you?
Approximately 10 flexible hours per week at $15 - $20 per hour depending on level of experience TO START.
